Seng has over fourteen years of experience in social business, fintech and financial services, agriculture, education, and grant-making. She previously served as the head of research for Wave Money, one of the leading mobile wallet companies, the general manager of a business unit in Proximity Designs, one of the largest social businesses in Myanmar, and the country representative for the grant making organ-ization American Jewish World Service.​  Seng is skilled in operations, management & leadership, HR, strategy, customer insights and market research.​ She has a master’s degree in international development from Chulalongkorn University, and graduated first in her class from Webster University in Thailand with a bachelor's Degree in international relations.
